Bring to the table win-win survival strategies to ensure proactive domination. At the end of the day, going forward, a new normal that has evolved from generation.

How It Works

Hair removal with the V-IPL handpiece on the Sinclair V-20 platform uses advanced Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology to safely and effectively reduce unwanted hair.

The device delivers controlled pulses of light that target the pigment (melanin) in the hair follicle. This light energy converts to heat, disabling the follicle’s ability to produce new hair—without damaging the surrounding skin.

Because hair grows in cycles, treatments are spaced several weeks apart to target hair during its active growth phase, when results are most effective.

What to Expect

Clients typically experience a brief warming or snapping sensation, with the V-20’s advanced cooling technology enhancing comfort throughout the session. Treatment times vary based on the area treated and are generally quick and efficient. Following treatment, mild redness or warmth may occur and typically resolves within a few hours, allowing you to return to normal activities the same day. Hair will shed gradually over the weeks that follow, and a customized series of treatments spaced appropriately is recommended to achieve optimal, long-lasting hair reduction.

How it Works

Viora’s radiofrequency (RF) skin tightening technology delivers controlled heat into the deeper layers of the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin. As existing collagen fibers contract and new collagen is formed, areas of laxity gradually become firmer and more lifted in appearance.

RF skin tightening can be used on many areas of the face and body, including the cheeks, eyelids, under eyes, jawline, neck, decolletage, abdomen, arms, thighs, and knees. By combining different RF modes and, in some handpieces, vacuum-assisted delivery, treatments can be tailored to your skin thickness and level of laxity.

This technology is non-surgical and does not remove skin. Instead, it encourages your own tissue to remodel over time, making it a good option for patients with mild to moderate looseness who are not ready for or do not want surgery.

What to Expect

A typical skin tightening visit takes 20–45 minutes depending on the area treated. After cleansing the skin, a conductive gel is applied. As the handpiece passes over the skin, you’ll feel a build-up of warmth in the deeper layers; most patients describe this as a comfortable heating sensation that is adjusted to stay within your tolerance.

The skin may appear slightly pink and feel warm immediately after treatment, but this usually resolves within a few hours. There is minimal to no downtime—most patients can return to normal activities right away, avoiding only excessive heat or aggressive skin care for a short time.

Because collagen remodeling takes time, the lifting and tightening effect builds gradually over several weeks to months. A series of sessions is typically recommended, followed by maintenance treatments to help support results. During your consultation we’ll discuss your specific areas of concern, how RF tightening compares to other options, and what kind of improvement you can expect.

Skin tightening can also be paired with V-FORM contouring or V-FR resurfacing at Captivate to address multiple concerns—tone, texture, and laxity—in a coordinated plan.

How it Works

Viora’s V-FR technology is a fractional radiofrequency (RF) resurfacing treatment designed to improve overall skin quality with less downtime than traditional ablative lasers. Tiny micro-pins deliver RF energy in a fractional pattern, creating controlled zones of heat in the dermis while leaving surrounding tissue intact. This stimulates a strong collagen and elastin response and speeds healing.

By targeting multiple skin layers, V-FR can address fine lines, wrinkles, texture irregularities, enlarged pores, acne scarring, stretch marks, and certain pigment concerns. Over time, new collagen remodels the skin from the inside out, leaving it smoother, tighter, and more even in tone.

Because the treatment is fractional and paired with advanced cooling and vacuum control, many patients experience improvement in texture and scars with less peeling and downtime compared to other resurfacing options.

What to Expect

Your visit will take 1-1.5 hours. Prior to treatment, a topical numbing cream is usually applied to maximize comfort. During the procedure, you may feel brief warmth and pressure with each pulse as the handpiece stamps across the skin.

Immediately after treatment, the skin often appears pink or red and may feel warm, tight, or slightly sunburned. Tiny “grid” marks or pinpoint dots can be visible in the first few days. Depending on the settings used, most people experience 1–5 days of social downtime while redness and mild swelling fade and the skin begins to feel smoother.

We typically recommend a series of treatments spaced several weeks apart, with continued collagen remodeling over the following 3–6 months. Results and downtime vary based on your skin, treatment intensity, and goals. During your consultation we’ll discuss how V-FR fits into a complete rejuvenation plan and review pre- and post-care instructions to help you heal quickly and comfortably.

How it Works

Face and body contouring with Viora’s V-FORM uses radiofrequency (RF) energy combined with gentle vacuum therapy to heat deeper layers of tissue and target stubborn fat, laxity, and cellulite.

RF energy warms the dermis and underlying fat cells, helping shrink fat cell volume while stimulating collagen and elastin. The vacuum component increases local circulation and lymphatic drainage, supporting smoother, more contoured-looking skin over time.

This non-invasive treatment can be customized for multiple areas, including the abdomen, flanks, thighs, buttocks, upper arms, and under the chin, to refine shape and improve skin quality without surgery.

What to expect

Treatments typically take 20–40 minutes per area. Most people describe the sensation as a warm, deep-tissue massage with gentle suction. Skin may look slightly pink for a short time after your visit, but you can usually return to normal activities right away.

For best results, a series of sessions is recommended, followed by maintenance visits as needed. Improvements in contour and firmness appear gradually over several weeks as your body processes treated fat cells and builds new collagen.

How it Works

IPL (intense pulsed light) uses high-energy light pulses to target unwanted pigment and redness in the skin. The Viora V-IPL handpiece delivers controlled light to brown spots, sun damage, visible vessels, and redness while helping improve overall tone and clarity.

Specific wavelengths are filtered to seek out pigment and hemoglobin under the surface. That energy is converted to heat, breaking up discoloration and collapsing tiny vessels so the body can naturally clear them away over time.

V-IPL technology is designed for customizable treatments across a wide range of skin types and concerns, including sun damage, hyperpigmentation, redness, and some acne-related discoloration, with minimal downtime.

What to expect

Most IPL treatments take about 20–30 minutes, depending on the area treated. You may feel a brief “snap” and warmth with each pulse. Your skin can appear slightly pink or warm afterward, similar to a mild sunburn, and brown spots often darken before flaking or fading over 1–2 weeks.

A series of sessions is usually recommended for best results, followed by maintenance visits as needed. There is typically little to no downtime, but you’ll need to avoid direct sun, wear sunscreen, and follow post-care instructions to protect your results.

How it Works

As we age, wrinkles and fine lines become more prevalent, lip and cheek volume dissipate and facial features sag. Fortunately, aesthetic medicine provides a solution for the return of a more youthful appearance without excessive downtime or going under the knife.

Fillers, dermal fillers, and facial fillers are all names for injectable products that restore volume. Strategically placed in target areas, these quick and convenient treatments deliver multiple cosmetic advantages. These treatments smooth creases, lines, and folds that can make us look more tired and older than we’d like.

At Captivate we use two types of dermal fillers, hyaluronic acid (Ha) and calcium hydroxylapatite fillers.

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring acid in your skin. It gives your skin volume and keeps it hydrated. With age, your body stops making hyaluronic acid. Once injected it acts like at hydration magnet for instant volumizing and hydrating effects.

Calcium hydroxylapatite is a mineral-like compound found in bones and teeth and is unique because it both instantly restores volume and stimulates collagen production. While it replenishes lost volume, you will absorb the filler over time, your body will metabolize the calcium, leaving behind skin support with natural collagen.

What to expect

An appointment for a dermal filler at Captivate will take thirty minutes to an hour and require little to no downtime afterward with near instant results. The natural results of dermal filler will last a year or more making the treatment results both immediate and long lasting.

In the hands of skilled injector, dermal fillers are an extremely safe way to enhance or revitalize your appearance. The most common side effects include swelling, redness, bruising, and pain at the injection site. These symptoms are usually mild and last less than a week. In some cases symptoms can last longer so we recommend getting treatments at least two weeks prior to important events, due to the possibility of bruising.

How it works

Neurotoxins or neuromodulators are injectable medications that work by inhibiting muscle contraction. Once the area is injected the lines of the face soften and new wrinkle formation is stalled while the medication remains active. Therefore, neurotoxins are great for not only smoothing and diminishing lines but also for preventing those lines as we age.

What to except

Your appointment for this treatment at Captivate will take 15-30 minutes.

You will see results and visible smoothing three to four days post-injection. Sometimes it will take closer to a week for your results to appear. Typically, results will last about three to four months.

You may experience some mild side effects like minor tenderness, swelling, bruising, or a headache. We recommend getting treatments at least two weeks prior to important events, due to the possibility of bruising.

There is no downtime associated with neurotoxin injection. You can resume your normal activities immediately after the injection. Avoid rubbing the treated area for a few hours and avoid strenuous activities for the remainder of your treatment day. Read more about Captivate’s preferred neurotoxin, Xeomin.
